Pilates:  A method of stretching and strengthening exercises developed to improve flexibility, strength, balance and posture while the training the mind along with the body.  The Mat class will encourage self-pacing, self-awareness and responsibility in order to achieve desired results.

Challenge Yourself!: Everyone will get a great total body workout! This is a fun class using a combination of strength, cardio & agility exercises.  It is designed to challenge your balance, build your strength, improve your agility and increase your aerobic & anaerobic threshold.  It works for all fitness levels as you pace yourself from beginning to end.

Core & Stretch Class:  This class is a workout fo abs, obliques, low back and hips. It is designed to strengthn your core (mid-section). You will learn new stretches!

Cycle Challenge: Challenge yourself to an incredible workout using indoor Spinning bikes to improve your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. Heart rate monitors, water bottle, towel and energy are required!

Spintensity: A new and intense cycle workout that is geared for endurance, intervals, hills and improving your anaerobic threshold. Safety first: Heart rate monitor, water bottle and towel are required. *Space is limited.
